1.This Booking Form, the Terms and Conditions and your paid Invoice together, form a contract between  Us and You, the Guest.

2. Booking and Payment
* A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking.
* The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your visit date.
* Cancellation policy: Payment refund (less £50 nonrefundable deposit), 6 weeks before 100%, 4     weeks before 50%, 2 weeks before 25%.
* Payments can be made via BACS. Credit / Debit Cards accepted (Sorry, No Cheques)

3. Damage Deposit
*A refundable damage deposit of £75 is required. 
*This deposit will be refunded subject to inspection.

4. Arrival and Departure.
* We offer 4-night (Monday to Friday) periods only.

⏰️ Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is up to 10am (unless otherwise agreed) ⏰️

📢 We do hope that you enjoy your stay in this beautiful area as much as we do and if you would like to book in advance for the following season, we do offer returning guests a booking discount.
