Caravan Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for renting a caravan through Air and Sun. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking.
2.2 The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your visit date.
2.3 Cancellation policy: Payment refund (less £50 non refundable deposit), 6 weeks before 100%, 4 weeks before 50%, 2 weeks before 25%.
2.4 Payments can be made via BACS. Credit / Debit Cards accepted (Sorry, No Cheques) 

3. Damage Deposit
3.1 A refundable damage deposit of £75 is required. 
3.2 This deposit will be refunded subject to inspection.

4. Arrival and Departure.
4.1 We offer 3-night (Friday to Monday) and 4-night (Monday to Friday) periods only and combinations thereof.
4.2 Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is up to 10am.

5. Use of the Caravan
5.1 The caravan must only be used by the individuals named on the booking.
5.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
5.3 Pets are not allowed (see Park Rules).
5.4 The hirer is responsible for keeping the caravan clean and returning it in the same condition as received.
5.5 The caravan must not be used for illegal activities.

6. Insurance and Liability
6.1 Guests are advised to get valid insurance covering the caravan for the rental period.
6.2 Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
6.3 The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the rental period.

7. Force Majeure
7.1 The owners are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions.

8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1 By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions, together with the Park Rules
